I'm not following atkins, the only thing I have been doing is to try to eat vegetables when I eat meat (instead of chips, rice, etc), and I'm avoiding potatoes, crisps, salt, sugar some times, and instead of fizzy drinks I'm drinking water with a slice of lime. I have lost 12 pounds since we started, needed to fight to have the kitchen back (it's been DH's territory for 6 yrs) but it seems it has been worth it
