Anyone else up for it?

I don't want to count things, measure everything or follow a plan. Just plain and simple making healthier choices and learn to listen to my body when it's hungry/full.

I've a stone to lose to feel comfortable in myself again.

I eat this way. Not through choice at first. I’m dairy free , wheat free, I have a broken bladder which reacts to lots of foods. And my body doesn’t do processed food it reacts with my muscles and makes them inflamed.

I eat clean food. And feel so much better. I have lots loads of weight doing this. Example... I have lost four pounds in two weeks. !

This is the best way of eating. Good luck to any of you wanting to do it this way. It is the best and healthy way to do it.

I am trying to make sensible choices. So far I have lost about 2kg since just before Christmas. It's hard because it's definitely up and down each week but I have an app which shows that the trend is overall down which is a bit of a motivator.

I don't want to diet as I have learnt the inevitable consequence is putting it back on and more when you stop. So I am still eating what I normally do including takeaways but trying to not snack out of boredom and trying to adjust portion sizes. Alcohol is also my downfall so trying to mix a glass of wine with low calorie/low alcohol alternatives.

I do struggle though when you see the big loses from others following diet plans but trying to think of it being a long term adjustment.

I've been doing this for a few months now and it is going well. I've gone down two sizes - I don't own scales so I don't know how much weight I've lost. I do feel like I've made some permanent changes to how I eat and how I think about food, particularly around making every meal at least 50% fruit and vegetables.
