Hi I'm
Just wondering apart from all good health reasons that come from losing weight.. do you feel happier now in your self ? As In more confidence, calmer, happier ?
I feel so low in myself I can't even recognise myself and want to be happier and thinking weight loss will hopefully help! Thanks 😗

I feel much happier in the/way I look.

I lost 8 stone last year, the difference between me January last year and me this January is physically massive. But I'm not a different person, I still have insecurities they just aren't about being fat.

Definitely feel more confident. I wear much nicer, fitted clothes now, including (gasp) dresses and skirts, instead of hiding in jeans and baggy jumpers or shapeless tops. I also have a lot more energy (am training for a marathon!) and feel more generally optimistic about life, like I'm more in control of everything now that I'm more in control of my eating and exercise.

Snap.. I also lost 8 stone in the last year, and the difference in me is amazing. I’m more confident, I love clothes, I have basically got my dream job because I felt empowered at this weight to go for it.

But does it fix everything? No. I always thought life would be beautiful if I lost weight, like it was the key to everything. And it’s eothout a doubt the key to a lot of things! But I still have anxiety and worries about things and it almost shocked me that that happened (if that makes sense!)

I lost 3 stone last year, going from overweight to the lower end of normal, and it's changed my whole outlook. I'm so much happier and more confident, and people treat me differently as a result. I don't know if it's a combination of body size, or being 'a fit healthy person' as I now run a lot, which has done it though.

Smiled for me it was low carb/high fat on the blood sugar diet and running. I was an absolute couch potato and then ended up running 1000 miles last year. It's been hard work and possibly a drastic change that might be too much for some, but half hearted attempts at weightloss weren't working for me!

Yes! I lost 3 stone and I didn't even realise how much confidence I had lost until I got it back.

Good luck.
