This probably sounds ridiculous but I feel like I am getting so frustrated and confused with what diet to follow! I have lost a lot of weight through mainly calorie counting and weight watchers propoints... I have around 2 stone till goal and since Christmas I have tried slimming world and the calorie counting, propoints etc but just can't get my head back in the game!! There are so many diets out there and it just confuses me! I was thinking of 5:2 and have tried it in the past but felt awful on fast days then on non fast days would just eat cake! Sorry for the rant but it anyone can offer any advice or recommend anything I would really appreciate it!!
