Hate my body! (lighthearted)

In a way. I've been doing a lot more exercise, trying to snack less and eat healthier, although struggled through January on that through lack of money.

I look slimmer, everyone says I'm clearly losing weight, my clothes are baggy on me.

I'VE LOST NO WEIGHT! My scales have stated exactly the same.

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! Stupid body. Grin

You've lost fat and gained muscle (from exercise) which weighs more than fat so you look slimmer but scales are the same. Take your measurements and you should see results that you are getting smaller.

I do need to do that again. Just annoying to not lose any weight at all.

Have a look on Instagram, there’s some great example images of people on fitness transformations at exactly the same weight but so much difference to inches/image.

Who cares what you weigh if you look great?
