Cabbage soup diet

Has any one tried it? Started day 1 today after eating like a maniac for the past couple of months.

I'm really just wanting it as a kick start to a more healthy eating plan.

I know the weight will go back on after the first week if I'm not careful. Has any one tried this diet and managed to keep the weight off, and more by healthy eating following it?

I did it and the thought of cabbage in soup now makes me vomit, even though I love soup.
You might be more successful if you vary your soups and do it a bit longer.

I lost about 5lbs.

Thank you for your reply. I'm sure I will get sick of it, but I'm really enjoying my first bowls. Even my 2 year old ds is enjoying it.

I've added some cayenne (sp?) pepper, so it's got a bit of a kick to it. Yes, I think I will vary the veg in the next batch.

How much weight do you need/want to lose?

pinkfluffybunny · 21/01/2019 13:55

I need to lose about 2 stone.

It's really just to kick start me into a healthy eating regime.
