Anyone tried Slim Fast before? Was it successful for you? Thinking about trying to kick start my weight loss...All other avenues I have tried yet failed!

I've used it a few times. It's brilliant to use to kickstart a diet but not long term. I generally use it for 2-3 weeks, twice a day then once a day for a while.

I also did the Special k diet on another occasion, drop a dress size in 2 weeks. That was good too.
