Hi, I'm afraid I'm not into gym or any work outs although I'm happy to dance to disco music and walk so I don't rely much on this side of slimming. I'm wondering if there is any plan I could follow as I'm sick of my big belly which I absolutely hate. Would anyone please kindly share with me their detailed plan of what they do in terms of eating, I feel rather desparate as nothing works for me. Ta.

Detailed plan

Three meals a day. Make them as unprocessed AS possible.

Fruit only between meals

Lay off booze

Exercise 2/3 times a week.

it will work-guaranteed.

That souns wonderful. Would you please let me know what portion size and what kind of meals. Ta. Also, may be you know of some exersise that works on stomack reduction. Thank you.

Portion should be roughly as big as your fist.
As I said,unprocessed food (brown rice,pots,good meat,veg)

Any exercise will do as long as it is connsistent.
