I need to lose weight so this year I have created an instagram account and posting a daily list of everything I eat and photographing some of my meals.
I'm hoping that this regular routine will make me more accountable to my self and encourage me to eat healthier meals. I'm also following lots of accounts for food ideas.
If nothing else it's made me realise that I'm in a rut food wise so I am staring to try and eat a greater range of food.
If anyone else fancies doing this as well I thought maybe we could follow one another on IG and chat here as well.
