I'm going on holiday in April and I was wondering if meal replacement shakes work and what results can I expect. I know they are a quick fix but I need to get back in to strict routine.

I did exante last year and it did work but I couldn't stick to it for more than a week. I didn't like the products. tasted very salty and still have loads left.
