5lbs in 6 days for my holiday?? it's not possible is it?

in the past few months i have gone from 11 stone 2 to 9 stone 5 (this is measuring in the morning though)
anyway i desperatly want to lose the remaning 6 pounds to get to my target for my holiday in 6 days, can i do it or should i just eat?
i know on holiday i will put on a stone because its all inclusive and i can't wait
i have no self control and only lost the weight i have through severe yoyo dieting and hungryness

It's possible, but don't go mad! Suggest drinking lots of water (1.5l a day) and eating lots of fruit and veg. Don't skip meals (def have breakfast, lunch and dinner) but don't snack between meals either. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, IMO!

totally possible, exercise every other day even if its just a brisk walk, eat 3 meals a day of your choice, but drop all carbs with the evening meal (so if you want spag bol for lunch thats fine but not dinner).

I can drop 5-6 lbs like this in about 5 days

Mmmmm not ideal but you could do the cabbage soup diet. It is hard but it really works for a short term fix. The soup stinks but you can buy tablet alternatives from Holland and Barrett. I have done it 3 times before and lost about 7lbs each time.
