in the past few months i have gone from 11 stone 2 to 9 stone 5 (this is measuring in the morning though)
anyway i desperatly want to lose the remaning 6 pounds to get to my target for my holiday in 6 days, can i do it or should i just eat?
i know on holiday i will put on a stone because its all inclusive and i can't wait
i have no self control and only lost the weight i have through severe yoyo dieting and hungryness
