Interested to know! I'll start:

4 coffees with skimmed milk
2 bananas and an apple
One of those John West tuna and cous cous steam pots (11 ww propoints)
Homemade lentil and bean chilli with cauli rice with reduced fat cheddar.
May have a bowl of shredded with skimmed milk for supper.
How about you?

2 scrambled eggs with cream, cooked in butter and some chorizo slices

Tuna and cheese salad

Left over kebab meat (don't judge...) with courgette spaghetti and garlic mushrooms cooked in butter

Will have a creamy coffee soon, low carbing!

Few cups of tea. 1 slice of toast with jam this morning. 2 poached eggs on 1 toast for lunch. Rice crackers to snack on and homemade chicken / veg curry with 2 poppadoms (no rice) for tea. 1100 cals and full!

Started cutting down two weeks ago but starting to struggle a little hence the cookie, literally couldn’t stop myself as I had a major sugar craving.

I am doing net 1200 per day (so eating back my exercise).We went on a 13km walk today which burnt 400 calories. So total 1600...

I had:

A Muller corner at breakfast

Steak and chips with salad + a cider in pub at lunch

Melon, parma ham, prawns, tomatoes and parmesan shavings for dinner + small glass apple juice

2 quality streets

I keep thinking I have logged all this wrong as usually can't fit so much into my calorie allowance but purposely over estimated lunch portion and it seems all ok.

I'm doing 5:2 and today is a non fast day so can eat up to my TDEE of 1500 calories, although yesterday I had dinner out and slightly overindulged so trying to have a lighter day today. Today's menu has been:

Breakfast: 1 x coffee with SS milk (never eat breakfast)
Lunch: Roast beetroot salad with a small amount of goats cheese and olive oil dressing, 1 x slice of carrot cake (didn't intend this but DH went to the bakery for bread and came back with it, think he is trying to sabotage me!), 1 x tea with SS milk
Dinner: roast fillet of salmon, a generous portion of herby rice, some undressed salad leaves. Maybe some fruit for afters.

That should be it!

Nothing for breakfast

Lunch - vegan burger, salad and olives. Then I had a bowl of Greek yogurt with frozen berries and honey.

Dinner - is baked trout, asparagus and broccoli

Snacks - I shared a tin of Heinz tomato soup with DS, some mixed nuts, a couple of the kids oven chips and a York Fruit sweet.

M&S balanced chicken curry meal (397 cals)

Will have 100cal treat with tea before bed

Yesterday:
Eggs, vegetables ( carrots, courgette, mushrooms, sugar snap peas), and fried fish ( seabass )

Salt and pepper mixed nuts

Onion bread, kfc chicken popcorn, battered chicken, fried fish, some chips, green salad, some baked crisps, banana

Loads of tea and coffee with blue milk

Today will be the same except some rice instead of bread

Berry and banana smoothie

WW tomato soup with 4 ryvitas and laughing cow light

Jacket potato with baked beans and 40g reduced fat cheese

Bowl of shredded with skimmed milk

Did a physio class for my shoulder at the hospital and walked 20 mins at lunchtime.

Bowl of shredded with skimmed milk
About 5 coffees during the day
3 l water
20 mins fast walking on treadmill.

Weigh day tomorrow after not weighing myself for 2 weeks....

So far today..

B - granola, skimmed milk, frozen berries and honey
L - Spicy homemade veg soup
D - will be salmon filets, broccoli and cabbage

1 tea so far, 1 flat white coffee and water to drink

B - cherry Collective yoghurt with granola
L - Broccoli, asparagus, pea & edamame salad with avocado & feta on rocket
D - Spicy prawns cooked with peppers, tomatoes, sultanas - with spoonful of couscous and purple sprouting broccoli. Small square of chocolate from a local chocolatier (v good quality)
Drinks - water, x4 cups of tea (with skimmed milk)

Egg mushroom and tomato on toast for breakfast

Leftover spaghetti Bol and salad plus a yogurt for lunch

Haddock, pak Choi and noodle dish for supper and another yogurt for dinner

Also had an apple, giant caramel rice cake, Diet Coke, lots of coffee and a small cereal bar.

Fairly average day following SW but did a run and Pilates class today and almost at target so less strict about counting every syn than I was!

Interesting to read what you're all eating and like to know what plan/method you're all using. It's helping me to post what I'm eating on here too. Weigh day for me this morning...I've lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks (didn't weigh on purpose last week) so I'm really pleased with that. I've only re introduced fast walking in the last 2 weeks as I realised that I've got to the age (45) where watching what I eat just isn't enough and my hips seem to be widening all on their own! Sedentary desk job is really not helping! Yesterday was:

2 bananas and an apple

John west steam pot

4 coffees during the day

Homemade falafel with homemade tomato sauce and cauli rice, grated cheese.

A bowl of shreddies with skimmed milk

I do tend to relax more food wise at the weekend, so will be posting honestly about what I eat.
