Les mills on demand

Ive done the classes a few times, does anyone have the on demand?

is it worth £9.99 a month?

Yes although the routines are about 6 months behind the current classes. I love it and do mainly Attack and Shbam, really good for doing at home. I trawled YouTube for ages beforehand looking for Les Mills stuff on there but found nothing other than trailers and video recordings of instructors’ classes that were poor quality.

I love Les Mills stuff. I signed up when it was only on a website and not an app and it drove me crazy as I wanted to get it on my tv, but the workouts are brilliant and if you've done the classes you'll know all the moves already. Do it!
