I've recently restarted MFP (again
) and am doing ok, have lost 4lbs in my first week on 1200 cals and have so far managed to avoid eating / drinking any of the crap that got me in this position, with 5st to lose!
Anyway I love reading the threads on there where people show before & after pics to keep me motivated and I wondered if any of you have any to share? Especially those of you who had a bit of a belly apron like me, I need hope that I can shift it
