Super low calorie snacks

Am trying to lose about 10lbs or so to get back to the weight I was before I had my DD and am struggling with snacking. Looking for super low calorie options I can eat without guilt. Appreciate these aren't all very healthy but I eat a balanced diet for the rest of my meals so just need something to keep me preoccupied and not reaching for the toast/crisps! So far I have:

Diet coke
Sparkling water/flavoured water
10 cal jelly pots
30 cal options hot chocolate
Chewing gum
As well as the usual celery, a carrot etc

Anything with artificial sweetener will make you fat even with super low calories. There are a ton of research papers on how artificial sweetener alter your gut flora and favour the bacteria making you absorb more calories, so stay away from them.

Have a cup of green tea or hibiscus instead. If you really feel hungry and not just out of habit, have some seaweed nori sheet. Vey low calories and actually good for you

Babybel lights, square of dark chocolate, apple and nut butter, crudités and hummus, swap your crisps to low cal ones like quavers or hula hoop pufts,

Crispy seaweed thins (itsu) are good for that salty craving.

I have rice cakes in my drawer at work. They're quite bland in taste so it's a good test as to whether I'm actually hungry or just bored. I hardly ever eat them.
