Don't post often but started SW on Wednesday. Decided to try overnight oats that everyone raves about. Toffee mullerlight and oats - so grim - what am I doing wrong? I don't eat fruit except apples and bananas (can't bear the texture of berries etc).
I had visions of tucking into this today and being full and satisfied until lunchtime! Perhaps not!
Any other, non egg based, breakfast suggestions? (I like eggs but eat them quite a bit!)
