I cant log on for love nor money!! I have tried for months now.

I can, what sort of error message do you get? I use the e-source because I go to meetings, so I haven't tried the proper on-line.

it just doesn't log me on... it will stay for hours on the log in page/screen and not log on

Weird - do they have a helpline? Perhaps you could try with a different login name and e-mail?

hi !!they sent me an email and told me to do some cpu housekeeping deleting old cookies and files etc. but it still doesn't work. maybe i will do different log on details hopefully it will still give me the special offer upgrade

Ooooh, I find that so annoying when you report a fault and they immediately assume it's my computer. (I find it even more annoying when they turn out to be right )
