We have a microwave at work so I can heat things up - I’m not a huge soup fan though!
I always find lunches the hardest thing to sort out when I’m trying to lose weight. I want to try and avoid getting stuck in a rut of the same thing every lunchtime and I want to find some good filling ideas so I don’t feel the need to scoff everything I can get my hands on when I get home from work
