Hello!
I'm on the brink of signing up after seeing RH Fitness on Facebook as I am so fucking fed up of feeling like a whale.
I've tried Slimming World and WW but never seem to get along with it. I would love to hear from anyone tagts tried RH and what you think if it?
Thanks

Thanks m0therofdrag0ns - from what I've seen, he does talk a lot of sense.
I think I'm going to take the plunge. I can't be any worse of than I am now!

I joined but I’m off the wagon now (face first into mince pies). But I would say it is excellent, no bull shit and definely a life plan - one that if motivated you can re-educate yourself into maintaining the weight. He is a bit like marmite but the groups are really supportive. I’d say go for it.

I’ve lost two stone on team rh, another two to go. I’ve hit a brick wall with it but that’s 100% down to me - the plan is sound, the advice no nonsense.

Team RH is fantastic and made me realise how crap the info and support I got at SW was. You learn about nutrition too, support is fantastic in the calorie clubs and no food is forbidden. Def recommend it and a bargain at £4.99 a month
