My DD is only a week old but I'm determined to get back in shape. She was born by EMCS so I can't do much in terms of exercise just yet. Put on about three stone in the pregnancy (from just under 10st to just under 13, am 5'8 for context), a stone or so is already gone. Anyone else looking to do the same and any tips? Am EBF so hopefully that will help - does that burn a lot of calories?
