I need help. I need to lose weight - half a stone perhaps a little more.
This year I've really struggled to stick to a diet and exercise plan.
I work full time but compressed hours ago 4 longer days. I have a 4 year old DD, a dog, a horse that take up lots of my time.
I signed up to a summer body transformation block which cost nearly £200 and after a good start just lost momentum and struggled to go. Tried a daily at home hiit class- same story.
I was a slimming world member but bailed on that to.
Diet just now isn't great. Not horrendous but need improvement.
How do I get back into it? I'm going to try running a few times a week but need to sort my diet!
How do you motivate yourself to stay on track?
