I just thought I’d ask how others are maintaining their weight loss?
I’m finding this all so much harder post 40, I lose a few pounds over the course of a few weeks then prior to my menstruation bang hunger hormone, binge and back to previous weight + it’s so disheartening. I actually brought chocolate tiffins, rice cakes bread - and ate the lot. Admittedly the day before my period but my low mood and massive appetite are challenging
Anyone else? Any solutions ?
