Thinner face?

How do you make your face thinner and get rid of double chins? is that just diet?

I believe so - mine has changed with relatively small amounts of weight loss. You can't choose where you lose fat from, anyway.

Really late addition on this thread...but about doublechins...
ON Rosemary Conleys website she sells facial exerciser things...they showed them on the Wright stuff a while back.

Also, on Beverly Callards Rapid results DVD ( I think) she also shows some exercises that help!
Must have a look how they explain it....can't think right now!
But weightloss is definately a big part of it, too....
