Is this too much food?

Hi all. Just wondering do you consider this as too much food?

For breakfast I had a small bowl of porridge with skimmed milk, sugar free maple syrup and a banana with a cup of coffee

Lunch was a lettuce, turkey and cheese wrap, hula hoops and an apple with hot chocolate

Snacks in between will be a protein yogurt, satsuma and a pear

Dinner is cauliflower rice mixed with some basmati rice, mayflower chicken curry with some prawn crackers (shop bought)

I'm following my own healthy eating plan but I want to try and make good choices and eat less as well to maintain my weight.

It depends, are you trying to lose, gain or maintain your weight?

Maintain :)

I wouldn't have the hot chocolate or the hula hoops (might swap the crisps for more veg or some nuts).

No not too much. For me I would rather have a larger porridge and more filling in the wrap/second wrap and ditch the snacks and crisps.

I say this because I use to have a smaller sandwich and a packet of baked crisps for lunch and always get the munchies before dinner. Now, if have a sandwich? I have rye bread with plenty of healthy filling and it keeps me full till dinner time.

They're Pufts, so the healthier version of hula hoops lol. I will cut out the hot chocolate and other snacks
