Hi everyone, I have my first weigh in looming where I will be pre menstrual. Is it still possible to keep losing the pounds...
I don't want to yo yo every month!

As long as you are in a calorie deficit then you should lose weight HOWEVER you body can hold to more fluid during your period and so that might impact what you see on the scales - it won't be real weight gain though unless you've been using less energy than you've taken on board
