I'm fed up of my tummy. I know I'm not the only one to feel like that on here!

I've bee done slimming world for 18 months and have lost just under a stone (it was just over but I put on 3.5lbs this week...) and I've hit a rut and it doesn't seem to be doing anything anymore.

My main body problem is my tummy and thighs and I feel like I just want to do something drastic to get rid of them.

I wondered if anyone had done anything like a shake diet for a few weeks or something similar?

I was looking at herbalife and it seems like a reasonable price but then when I looked more, I found articles saying how be it was for your liver.

I know that after you come off shakes, you put weight back on but I am relatively active and I eat well so I just need something to kick start it all going and then I can maintain from there....

To put on 3.5 pounds in a week, you must be consuming a massive amount of calories. What are you eating?

To be fair it hadn't been the best of weeks with food but it wasn't 100% bad. I think because I'm normally quite a healthy eater, there were a few more meals with chips just for ease so my body wasn't quite used to it!

Most days I start with porridge and honey, then depending on if I'm exercising in the evening, if I am then I try to have pasta or rice for lunch and then something small for dinner like an omlette or steak. If I'm not exercising, then I might have a smaller lunch like salad or soup and then a slightly bigger dinner like fishcakes or fajitas.

Herbalife is a scam. It's an MLM pyramid business. I'm not a fan of slimming world either tbh. I've recently lost two stone by recording everything I eat on MFP. Perhaps give that a go? It's the only thing that's worked really well for me.
