I’ve lost over 2 stone by counting calories, cutting down sugar and exercising and I feel great. Just want to lose a couple more pounds for vanity, then I’ll be really happy!
I’m going to sustain the healthy habits long term, but I’ve been thinking about having a day of eating whatever I want for my birthday next month
. So far I’m thinking it will definitely involve cheesecake and some ice cream.
