Going back to a class

Have you?

I lost a load of weight while going to a slimming class last year. Circumstances changed suddenly a few months back and class was one of the things that gave. So a few months on I am a few stone pounds heavier and would like to go back. I know some people don't like the idea of slimming clubs but I was eating clean and losing weight. I have tried to get back on the horse alone but I just can't do it.

Is it ok to go back to the same class? Should I find another?

Hello, hate to see an unanswered post. Absolutely go back to a claaa! they do help and the leader will be happy t help you get back on track :-)

If it was WW I can share my friends code with you that give a month free on top of any other offers (currently 4 months for price of 2, so you would get 5 months) If it was SW might be worth asking on their board if they do anything similiar.

Definitely go back!

I used to go to slimming world and did really well then for some reason I stopped going. I think it wa stud while I can do this on my own etc.

When I eventually went back to the same group eyerone was so welcoming and seemed genuinely pleased that I had returned.

I haven’t been for a good year or so and I’m about 4 stone away from my ideal weight. We are TTC and I am contemplating returning to SW so that I can keep control of my weight.
