Hi'yall,
I have been doing slimming world since March 04 and have lost a total of 1 stone 10lbs. I want to lose a total of 3 but am really struggling with the last 4 lbs to get my 2 stone. I usually stick to mainly green days with just one red on a Sunday. However, this week I am going for the Gold choice (alternating between the two each day). has anyone else struggled with a few lbs here and there? What did you do to get your losses moving again?
