You'd think this was an easy question to find the answer to!
I'm using the high protein powder to make up a shake, but using different non-dairy alternatives. As the taste is different, I'm using a different quantity of powder.
The nutrition info only tells me per serving made up with semi skimmed milk, or per 100ml, again made with semi skimmed milk.
How do I find out the calories per 100g of just the powder? So I can then work out what my serving size and dairy free alternative is?! I'm using 45g of powder, sometimes in almond milk and sometimes unsweetened soya. TIA
