diet seems to have gone all wrong to day all i want to do is eat

Tough isn't it?

The only way i get over a slip up is to think of it over a week and not a day / 48 hours. Have you eaten better this whole week than normal? It won't seem like it but your weight loss is rolling along not stopping and starting daily.

Forget today - finish off and start again tomorrow - make it the beginning of a new week.

If i thought i'd never eat anything nice again i'd go mad!!! If you're planning to lose it for life then you have to have treats.
