Reheating food prepped meals

I see all these fab videos on insta about food prepping meals and wonder do you just eat the meal cold? For example a chicken, rice and veggie dish, cooked and prepped the day and taken out the fridge, would you just pop in micro or eat cold?

Seems a silly question but I'm not a fan of reheated chicken in the microwave so just curious!

I'd want a meal like that to be hot, but, like you am not a big fan of reheating rice, nor chicken. I therefore tend to make my pre-prepped food from mince and either do a pouch of rice alongside it fresh, or use pasta, or a wrap or pitta or something .

I reheat on the hob. Hate microwaves and they just kill all the goodness!

If at work I prep something that I can eat cold...like loads of crunchy veg + hummus + a smoked mantel fillet.
