I know there's no magical way to loose weight super quickly without the hard work but has anyone got anything they can recommend to shift it fairly quickly? I'm desperate to loose around 3 stone. Tried just watching what I eat but I'm literally so inpatient I just think what's the point if it's taking so long and start to feel rubbish and eat rubbish food. Thinking about trying slim fast shakes or something? Tia

Low carbing

But you need to keep it up to some degree or it will pile on again

Mine sorted myself out. Over the last year I have had a lot of food allergies appear. And ibs. And a bad bladder. I currently live on meat veg potatoes and eggs.

I have lost six pounds in two weeks. I don’t get tempted anymore as I know cheating will cause me a ton of Pain.

I have just under a stone and a half to lose till I hit ten stone which was my first goal.

Have u considered clean eating. It really does work!

I did/do 16/8 and lost 2 stone in about 3months.

I lost 3 stone in 16 weeks. I have another stone and a little bit to lose to reach my goal weight which I aim to do before Christmas. I’m incredibly impatient and don’t have the temper to spend a year losing the weight so I 100% fully committed and made weight loss my main focus since June. I eat low carb/high fat, no meat but plenty of fish. Lots of above ground only vegetables, around 4l of water a day, cheese. I’ve also done water fasting here and there if I feel like it. I also keep a very close eye on calories to speed up the process. Everything I eat is weighed and tracked. It sounds tedious but it’s been awesome. It’s changed my attitude towards food completely. I’m never hungry. I intend to eat like this for the rest of my life.

I educated myself on nutrition and it has really shocked me how ignorant I was before about how to properly feed my body. My skin cleared up too and I have very consistent energy all day. And best of all the weight has literally just dropped off. If you go hard at it and are strict with yourself it’s a very quick process.

I’m doing Exante. I’ve lost 22 lbs since the end of August and want to lose another 2.5 stone. I’m aiming to have this done by Christmas. It’s not bad once you get into it. I’m rubbish with willpower so if I can, probably anyone can

Georgieeb · 13/10/2018 08:25

Just checked exante out and it looks really good! Very tempted to give it a go! Thank you Grin

No problem! If you do Exante have a look for the Facebook group. It’s really helpful and there’s loads of info and support on there.
