Hi all,

Can anyone recommend any of the above for me. I need to lose 2 stone (i've already lost 1) and obviously exercise will help. Howeveri broke my leg / ankle two years ago (fell down stairs with DS2 in arms - didn't drop him though )

My ankle is full of metal and i'm under the surgeon with possible new op coming up. This is not great as i can't run or balance very well - also it hurts after standing for a while i.e. ironing.

Would Pilates or something similar be good? I need to lose it roung my middle really - legs not too bad. It's all on the front.

All ideas gratefully received.

Stroo.

I was going to suggest swimming too. Pilates good, but make sure you tell your teacher about your ankle - a good one would ask anyway.
