So I really need to lose weight. A lot. I don't know how much I weigh but my clothes are size 20 and I'd like to drop at least 2-3 sizes.
I lost a lot of weight through low carb dieting a while back. It didn't help my diabetes though. But then it just stopped working.
I'm now a few years down the line, have given up meat/fish for other reasons. I know that I feel better eating fewer carbs. But if I reduce potato/bread/pasta/rice what do I eat??
Any help or advice would be great.
