Did anyone see them talking about this book on GMTV this morning? Anyone bought the book? What do people think?

hi i have just ordered it...not actually going to do the diet just want to read it and see what all the fuss is about xx

The 'diet expert' on the programme basically said it's very dangerous to switch to a vegetarian or vegan diet. As I'm vegetarian anyway, I thought it might be easy for me and give me some menu ideas. Like you, mandaxmx, I just thought it might be worth a look!
