I need to lose just under 2 stone, not a great deal but I’ve been slim my whole life so being overweight is getting me down. I’m doing my fitness pal, a 20 minute workout each day and stopped my weekend drinking (wasn’t much but it had to go) and I still haven’t even lost one measly pound!
So it must be the diet (I think?)
I’ve kept a food diary and I eat a lot of pasta, potatoes, bread etc. Just really need meal ideas which are diet friendly and don’t have either 20 plus ingredients I’ve never heard of or full of avocado 
Any tips on how to stop myself ordering a late night takeaway would help too, my willpower sucks
