Another crisps substitute from MY LINK (hah!)seems to be be to microwave slices of pepperoni until crisp. Personally I don't like pepperoni but it might be a change from the toenails? If it works...
I don't usually post what I've eaten in case I give myself a nasty surprise but let's see :
B'fast : salmon and cream cheese.
Lunch : tuna salad low carb wrap from Subway
On getting home : celery and more cream cheese. Handful of almonds and brazil nuts.
Evening : smoked haddock, poached eggs, Should have had broccoli but it's gone yellow.
During day no end of decaff and tea, and occasional glasses of water. And a chocolate I found in the office ahem.
That's not too bad actually. Am about to hit the calvados. Tomorrow I will mostly be eating sausages.
