Hi guys
I just hopped on the scales after my holidays and just read a shocking shocking number. I’m talking high 20’s.
On holidays I obviously felt horrible but rather than spiral into depression and anxiety I am going to be proactive.
So that being said, help me meal plan!
I am working away and staying in an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Budget isn’t too much of an issue. I find fruit and vegetables difficult but I want to try! I’m not overly fussy. I’m a little time poor but I’m willing to put in a bit of time.
So fabulous ladies and gentlemen of Mumsnet give me some ideas for breakfast lunch and dinner and the odd snack!
Any words of encouragement greatly received 😁

My favourite low calorie lunch:
- Blitz up a can of chickpeas. Add a clove of garlic and the juice of a lemon. Divide into two portions.
- serve with 2 whole peppers, sliced and 3 whole celery sticks cut into thirds.
