Has anyone had any joy in getting rid of their thigh saddlebags and if so how did you do it and how long did it take? Smile

Yes, I had liposuction and they disappeared overnight (well, in about 2 weeks once the swelling had gone down)

Best thing I have ever spent money on.

You can diet and exercise, but you will always have the same shape, just smaller.

Was that expensive? I've thought about having similar treatment but the results are never guaranteed and I don't want to risk it for the money

It was around £5k all in.

I think the results depend on your starting point to be honest. I wasn't overweight to begin with, just had the saddlebags you describe.

If you start from this point, then you are likely to be pleased with the results. I wouldn't look on it as a weight loss tool though. Get to your target weight and then consider the surgery.

I also had a small amount of fat removed from my inner thighs too at the surgeons recommendation that has added immeasurably to the overall effect. My thighs look a lot better as a result.

It has been quite life changing for me though, even when I have gained weight subsequently, I have gained it in a much 'better' pattern and I look better, even with a few additional pounds.
