I over eat for emotional reasons and when I am stressed. I have had counselling but it doesn;t seem to be working. I still eat when stressed and now the whole thing is getting me downa nd making it worse.
\i'm considering hynotherapy. Has anyone tried it and did it work or not.
I also am a very anxious person and worry a lot oabout things and wondered if it might tackle the two things.
Am I a lost cause!
