What’s better - online WW or online SW?

I have a stone / stone and a half to lose to go back to pre pregnancy weight (I wasn’t thin before either!) currently 11st 4 and 5ft4.

I’m still bf DS (nearly 6 months and will be weaning soon) and contrary to what I believe bf has not helped she’d the pounds and still snacking / eating badly.

I need something to kick start eating better but on mat leave and money is tight so don’t want to join up to something that isn’t worth it.

Any advice?

I'd say SW less weighing/counting.
More "free" foods and access to lots of recipes online.

I lost 4st on SW and my sister was on WW at the same time I just couldn't be bothered to work out all the points it seemed a bit of a faff.

If you're organised though both are similar concepts and both work.

For someone with only a stone to lose, I'd recommend trying something free like My Fitness Pal before forking out for WW or SW. It's really easy to use and has always helped me when I've needed to shed a few pounds. And once you reach your target weight you can use it to maintain.
