hi my mum did it for 5 weeks and lost 4 stone...its hard to do as it is no eating atall just the sachets which they give you but if you are determined then you will do it...my mum only came off it as after 5 weeks her body did start playing up a bit but she is now on slimming world which she is doing good at....i would say give lipotrim a go even just to give your self a kick to get started...but its not for everyone..i have an auntie that tried it and lasted a week and that was a struggle...all can say is give it a go and see what its like for you...but it defo does work just getting out of the habit of eating solid foods for a bit!!!

Have a friend who did lipotrim - hers was only £2 a week cheaper than I pay for Cambridge diet and she says the flavours are very limited - moch more variety on CD.
