So Healthy Mummy keeps popping up on my Fcebook feed. In theory it looks like everything that I want ie telling me what to eat and when and what workouts to do. However something about it is making me reluctant to make the leap. I'm worried that the food is going to be expensive to purchase and the portion sizes are going to be tiny. Basically that I am going to pay out for a subscription and not follow it through.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience of them, good or bad to help me decide?
