I have been eating so much better these past few weeks and exercising. 2 to 5 mile walks a day pushing the double buggy, working up a sweat. 7 weeks post c section and the weight is just not coming off now. I was 17 stone at 39 weeks pregnant. 14 stone 7lbs 3 weeks after. The scales got to 14 stone 1lb and now i am back this week at 14 stone 4lbs 😔. I was hoping to atleast get in to the 13 stone what ever pounds mark this week. Anyone else struggling?

Yes although I've not been as dedicated as you. Sorry :(

Ok, "eating so much better" can mean many things. It doesn't automatically mean eating less than you expend though. Portion size and calorie content can be very deceptive. So where as you might be eating healthy, you are very likely eating and drinking enough calories to maintain your current weight.

Maybe post an average food and drink intake over the last few days? With portion size if possible? People can then help you with changes to make.

I am using my fitness pal to count calories and what food i eat so i know i am eating less. I know i am eating A LOT better than before too as in no bags of chocolate every night, as well as cream cakes, ice creams and mountains of food and drinking most my calories a day on coca cola. Eating lots of fresh veg, meat, healthy meals. Not snacking on rubbish and obviously now exercising. Its just really disheartening. I know this is really only my second week but i expected some loss
