Help on binge/comfort eating

Has anyone been to see their GP about binge eating? I’m starting to realise that I have a serious problem, I’m piling on the weight and feel generally awful. I’ve always loved food, but since my daughter was born 18 months ago I’ve got worse. I know I shouldn’t do it, but I can’t stop myself. I was a size 14 pre pregnancy and now I’m an 18. I feel unhealthy, my joints ache and I worry about being a bad role model for my little girl. Seriously thinking of going to the doctor but unsure of what help that can give?

I'm no expert but rather than go down the go route I would suggest you find a reputable hypnotherapist.

They will take you under and train your mind to crave healthier choices. They will also give you other coping mechanisms for times when you usually resort to comfort eating.

Good luck. You're already a good role model for your little girl by wanting to change bad habits 👍
