WW or SW?

Anyone have any experience of either Slimming World/Weight Watchers or both? What would you recommend?

I'm looking to lose around 10 pounds and be able to fit into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes. My main issue is snacking, I can't stop myself and want to try out a plan to see if it motivates me a bit more! I've looked at both websites and can't decide which seems the best so was hoping someone with actual experience could advise. I probably wouldn't go to meetings (unless I could convince a friend to come with!) but would be interested in online plans and recipes etc to see if it actually motivates me to improve my diet a bit as everything else I've tried only lasts a week if I'm lucky!

did WW once years ago but didn't like having to track and measure absolutely everything...

started SW 14 months ago, just about to hit 5 stones off. Main plus points for me - you don't measure/track most fruit, veg, lean meat, fish etc. Also no measuring rice, pasta, potato. So much less hassle. The only things you track are: stuff that obviously has high fat/sugar, and that at least a third of your plate is filled with healthy fruit/veg before you add your carb or protein. It suits my brain and habits better, but everyone is different!

I did ww 6 years ago and lost 5 stone. But the tracking was a pain and I put some back on so going back on Saturday. It does work and I m feeling motivated again. It took 9 months last time.
