Am I being sensitive?

Hi all,

So, currently, 9 stone 9.. 5ft 5. Pre-baby I was 8 and a half stone.

I’m constantly looking at other women comparing their size to mine on social media and every day normal life, thinking so many people are smaller than me and look so much nicer. I feel like everyone is getting sick and tired of me constantly going on about my weight... I try and lose the weight but I have no will power and I struggle to go to the gym becuse of DH long work hours and my DD hated the Creche.

Not sure what sort of responses I wanted really... just a rant! Do you think you become more sensitive about how you look and your weight once you have a baby?

I personally cared less about my weight after having a baby. Everyone is different though. My weight got more or less back to pre-baby weight quite quickly though I guess.

I have been dieting over the last four months (as have been in the overweight category for years) and I don't bring it up to anyone. Well except my dh when food shopping. I think I'd be a bit Hmm if my friend or family member brought up their dieting a lot. A bit is fine obviously. Do you talk about it often? Exercise is only a small part of losing weight. Reducing calories is the main thing (and pushing the buggy round a lot!)

Don't feel down. Don't rush it. Get back in the zone and don't expect instant success. You'll get there.
