That's hard to say without seeing you. I'm 5 ft 5 (and a quarter!) and weigh 9 stone 3. I get told I'm too thin sometimes, but only because I used to be a lot heavier. Depends if you are fit and muscular or whether you carry the weight around your middle or elsewhere, or are completely in proportion, so many variables! Most importantly, what do you think?

I'm the same height and 12 stones. (I'm 55) want to get down to 10 and a half. I was 16'9 at my heaviest. I'm a 14/16 would be content with 12/14 size.

Im 9st6 ish and 5ft6. I want to lose a stone or so but only because I used to be 8st, and the additional 1st6 has gone on a spare tyre around my stomach. So I have skinnyish arms and legs, smallish bosom then a literal spare tyre belly, and bigger bum.

However, if the extra stone and a half had gone to my boobs and generally softening out my bony bits I would be v happy with my weight.

How do you feel? Do you feel in proportion? Is it a heavy or light weight compared with other stages of your life?

TLDR: no idea. Are you happy? Smile

I'm 5ft7.5" and 11st 4lbs. Hoping to drop a few lbs. Always had massive boobs. 32F at best at 9st.

I used to be 8 stone to. Was 10 and a half when I first had my baby..... I actually don’t mind my stomach when I stand up and not sitting down... my boobs have got bigger and my arms slightly but it’s my thighs I hate!!!!

Do squats and lunges, google 30 day leg challenge, it should bring up loads of charts to follow, I find these really make a difference (if I remember to do them every day!)

Have hopefully attached an example!

I'm 5'5 (and a half if I really stretch!). I'm 8st7lbs and slim, comfortably a size 8-10. I used to be 9st9lbs consistently. I would wear size 12 on bottoms and 10 on top - but was still healthy. Summary - you're healthy and fine. Scope to be slimmer and healthy but also bigger and still healthy 👍

It varies so much between people. I'm 5' 5" and 8 stone 3lbs and look slim but not thin. When I was at my heaviest at 9 stone it looked too heavy for me.

It totally depends on your build. I am 5'6 and just under 10 stone. I am a size 8. If I were 5'6 and 8 or 8.5 stone like some of these other posters I would be emaciated.

What's your waist to hip ratio like?

I have a holiday in 3 weeks and would like to be 9’stone... 9 pounds.. 3 pounds a week... do you think it’s possible?
