Hi,
I am new to this site. Being a single mom at 49 and peri menopausal many things seem like a challenge. In the past year i have seriously got into weight traiining & clean eating. Wow the difference is amazing in how I feel and how i look. Im much stronger and leaner now and this brings confidence and strength in how we deal with the day to day challenges. Anyone else have any experiences like this ?

Wow well done. How often do you go to the gym and how long do you lift for? Any tips much appreciated.

Hi
I go 3 to 5 times a week depending on how I feel & what I'm doing. I lift for between 40 mins to an hour each session. As for tips, it all depends on what goals you have x
